Overview
La Bella is located in a former industrial area that is being converted to high-density residential affordable housing due to its excellent access to transit, employment opportunities, and amenities.
This site, which is 1.04 acres, was made possible in part through a creative partnership with neighboring Public Storage. Alta Housing acquired 1020 Terra Bella in June 2017. In 2023, Alta Housing and Public Storage entered into a land exchange agreement that allowed both organizations to better configure their adjoining properties for redevelopment.
