La Bella
La Bella will include 108 units of multifamily housing with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Twenty-seven (27) apartments will be set aside for households transitioning out of homelessness through the Santa Clara County Office of Supportive Housing Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Program. Ten (10) apartments will be set aside for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Twenty-three (23) 2-BR and 3-BR homes will come with Section 8 Project Based Vouchers to provide housing stability to families.
Amenities
La Bella is thoughtfully designed to foster a strong sense of community and enhance residents’ quality of life. Amenities will include:
A spacious community room opening onto a landscaped courtyard
