We are Nibbi Brothers General Contractors, the construction team overseeing the new La Bella affordable housing development at 1020 Terra Bella Avenue. Construction is now underway! Perimeter fencing has been installed, and we will soon begin site grading.
As work gets underway, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding. We recognize that construction can bring temporary inconveniences, and our team is committed to being a considerate neighbor and minimizing disruptions to the surrounding community as much as possible.
Construction activities are generally scheduled for Monday through Friday, from approximately 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in accordance with local regulations. During these hours, neighbors may occasionally experience construction noise, deliveries, and contractor activity in the area. We will make every effort to keep the construction site and surrounding streets clean, safe, and orderly.
We also plan to share weekly construction updates through this webpage to help keep neighbors informed about upcoming activities and project progress.
